How to delete your account
- Open Calobi and sign in.
Use the account you want to delete.
- Open Account.
Tap the profile icon on the Home screen.
- Scroll to Delete account.
You’ll find it below Sign out, near the bottom of the page.
- Read the confirmation, then tap Delete.
Calobi deletes your account and signs you out. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Deletion removes your sign-in account and the app data attached to it: your profile, food journal, uploaded photos and food cutouts, water logs, weight entries, goals, chat history, Obi’s memories, summaries, recaps, reminders and notification records.
Your account is removed from the active service when deletion succeeds. Limited records held by service providers, operational logs, support correspondence, backups or records required by law may remain for their applicable retention periods. See our privacy policy.
Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your account. A new account starts a new journal.
Cancel a subscription separately
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.
If you have an active Calobi subscription or trial, open your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Calobi and cancel it there. Apple manages subscriptions and refund requests.
If you can’t access the app
Email contact@globeriz.com with the subject “Calobi account deletion.” Use the email associated with your account if possible. We may need to verify ownership before handling a request. Never email your password.
If the app reports that deletion failed, check your connection and retry. Contact us if the problem continues.
