Edit your journal and memories
Use the app to correct or remove journal entries. Open Account → What Obi knows to review or remove saved memories.
To request a copy of your account information, a correction you can’t make in the app, or another privacy right, email contact@globeriz.com. We may verify ownership before responding.
Control permissions
In iPhone Settings, open Calobi’s app settings to manage camera, photo-library and notification permissions. Turning permissions off prevents future access but does not delete existing journal entries or uploads.
Use Calobi’s notification settings to manage available reminders. You can also ask Obi to cancel a reminder.
To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any of them or email us. Account and service emails, such as sign-in codes and purchase notices, continue while you have an account.
Delete your account
Open Calobi, go to Account, scroll to Delete account and confirm. See the step-by-step deletion guide for what is removed and how to cancel a subscription separately.
Contact us about your data
Send privacy requests or concerns to contact@globeriz.com. Include the account email and the request you want to make. Do not send your password or unnecessary sensitive details.
